Each handcrafted, heated log cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, bathroom with shower, bedding & towels, color TV (limited channels), porch, fire pit, private parking, all in a secluded, wooded setting.
Charcoal grills are available, you may bring your own charcoal or you may purchase it in the lodge.
We supply toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dish detergent, coffee filters, salt & pepper.

________Pet Policy________
For the enjoyment and safety of all, Please DO NOT leave unattended, unless crated. Please keep pets OFF all furniture. DOGS MUST be leashed around lodge and cabin areas. Please CLEAN UP after your pet, if they poop, you scoop! Be mindful of other guests.
A charge may apply if rules are not abided by and for any damage done by your pet.

ALL CABINS:
$80.00 per night for up to 2 people..additional guests are $15 per night, per person.
Children ages 5-12 are half price, children under 5 stay free. Weekly rates available.... 7th night FREE
Maine state lodging tax of 7% will be added to above rates.
Deposits:
Lumberjack Lodges requires a 50% deposit at the time of reservation to hold your cabin, balance due upon arrival.

Check-out.... by 11:00am
Late Arrival/ Early Departure/ No Shows: Guests are responsible for the full number of reserved days in the event of late arrival, early departure, or not showing up. The cabin has been reserved for you in good faith for the full time you have requested.
Cancellations: Should cancellation be necessary prior to 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit may be refunded... subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Less than 30 days before arrival, deposits may be applied to a stay at a future time. Your deposit provides assurance both to you and to us of your confirmed reservation. |
